Bodyslam takes Madirirano around Harare

Organisers of the popular Madirirano movement, Bodyslam Family, is on a mission to take the party concept around Harare to several high density suburbs.
Over the past years, they have hosted the celebrations in Highfield, a suburb where the concept originated from and Bodyslam Family boss Simba Chakare was born and bred.
After the last month’s successful edition held the Easter holidays, Chakare says he has thought of taking the concept to various high density suburbs in the capital.
This will see them host the next Madirirano celebrations in Mabvuku on May 26 at Number 1 Ground, courtesy of Scott Sakupwanya.
Dubbed the Mabvuku Africa Day event, the edition will feature an array of top wheel-spinners like P Styles, Nash and Rimo, Rax, Rawse, Juice and AM, Judgement Yard, Papalodza, Danny Vibes and The Family 263.
Speaking to Simba Chakare, he said:
“This time around we are hosting Madirirano in Mabvuku thanks, to Scott’s invite.
“We are glad that Madirirano is growing big and now some high density suburbs want us in the areas.
“Hopefully we want to take this event around all high density suburbs in Harare and permitting to other towns as well soothers have an experience of Madirirano.”
