SUSPECTED thieves broke into CAPS United’s Mt Pleasant offices on Sunday night, stealing various gadgets and documents in the process.

It is believed that three laptops, a box of match balls and external hard drives amongst other valuables were taken.

CAPS United chief executive Cuthbert Chitima confirmed the heartbreaking incident, adding that they had made a police report.

“Yes someone broke into our offices and gadgets were stolen, three laptops, a box of match balls and some documents.

“A police report was made on Monday morning at Avondale police station reference number RRB 3604532 and the police details have attended the scene and investigations are in progress.

“As CAPS United, we would like to warn our stakeholders to be careful when dealing with CAPS United documentation at this moment, as there is fear that the letter heads and stamps maybe misused,” Chitima said.
