NICHRUT skipper David Boriwondo believes they will be up for the task when they face Dynamos at Rufaro on Saturday.
Nichrut have been struggling of late but they believe nothing can stop them from turning the corner against the under pressure giants.
Dembare are coming from a 1-0 win over Mutare City and they will be hoping to maintain that form and giving a befitting welcome to coach Lloyd Mutasa.
“Of course things are not well on our side, but Dynamos should not underrate us because we are hunting for a win,” said Boriwondo.
“The only problem in our previous games was that we were failing to convert chances and punished at last due to lack of concentration, that’s why in all the games we lost, we lost with a one goal margin.
“Now we have discussed as a team to stay focused until the end of the game so that we avoid costly mistakes,” he said.
The newcomers have at times been on the limelight for the wrong reasons. Such situations have not helped their cause.
“Position is nothing so far, though ours is not impressing we should work on scoring and I think everything will be solved.
“We still have a chance to achieve our aim which is to remain in the league for next season.
“Our team is comprised of many young players who are playing for the first time in the elite league so these youngsters need serious motivation to remain focused,” Boriwondo said.
Dynamos are on 17 points after 16 games, one of the worst first half of the season performance in the history of the club.
Boriwondo believes they will again expose the giants as they have a full strength side.
“I am positive that in our game against Dynamos we are going to win. Our previous games we were disadvantaged by suspended players in our team, so this time we are playing with the full squad,” he said.
