Gardener caught bonking girlfriend

A WATERFALLS woman got the shock of her life when she returned home from work only to find her gardener bonking his girlfriend in her house.
For that reason, Arnold Gava, 22, has been brought before the court by his 17-year-old girlfriend to answer to charges of rape.
Gava, who is in custody, is employed by Dorcas Zvikomborero Chinzou, 36, of house number 72/23A Induna Close.
In his defence outline, through his lawyer Widias Chishiri, he pleaded not guilty to the charges when he appeared before Harare regional magistrate Temba Kuwanda citing he was in a love relationship with the complainant.
Chishiri said rape allegations are a ploy by the complainant to find an explanation and reason why she was in the house of Gava’s employer.
“The accused and the complainant were in a love relationship and on the day in question they had agreed to have sexual intercourse.
“They had agreed that the complainant would come to the accused’s place when he will be alone.
“The complainant was caught in the middle of sexual intercourse by Mrs. Chinzou before they had finished. Rape allegations are a ploy by the complainant to find reason why she was in Chinzou’s house,” said Chishiri.
The State led by Valerie Ngoma tendered a medical affidavit in support of its rape allegations.
Ngoma is alleging that on September 21, accused forcibly took the complainant’s mobile phone and when the latter followed Gava to recover her phone, that is when she was raped.
Regional magistrate Kuwanda rolled the matter to today for continuation.
