PETER “Rio” Moyo has shown he can still be the real deal in the Castle Lager Premiership.

The former Highlanders and How Mine player has been a marvel to watch in CAPS United colours.

And despite losing 2-1 to Mutare City at National Sports Stadium, the star still did enough to show his class.

“Remember when you come into a new environment, it takes a bit of time to settle. But I’m happy the new players like Milton and Peter Moyo have gelled in,” CAPS United assistant coach Nelson Matongerere said after the match.

Rio’s combination with Milton Ncube seems to be natural.

“It is a pit that Milton, the last quarter of the game, he had a pulled muscle and it was very unfortunate.

“You can see how he plays whenever he has started, the level of his game is going up which is quite good,” he said.
