DJURGARDENS star Tinotenda Kadewere is disappointed injury has been ruled him out for eight weeks.
The former Harare City player Kadewere was injured weekend in Djurgårdens’ training match.
“I am disappointed but still it’s part of the game and it happens. So the best way now is to just fight through it and come back stronger.
“I pray that I get better soon and keep on playing the beautiful game that I love,” he said.
Kadewere is top of the goal scoring charts with eight goals in Sweden.
“Usually after an injury it will take time to get the form back. But l don’t want to think much of it now and l just need to make sure l do well with my rehab and see when l am back because it’s only mental,” he said.
The star has an inner ligament injury, according to the club.
“I have been a bit worried because I did not know what it was but at least now I have something in my mind to work on because I have work hard and make sure I come back stronger than before,” he said.
