HIGHLANDERS striker Roderick Mutuma said he is not under pressure despite scoring only once in eight games.

Speaking to H-Metro after his side’s goalless draw with Harare City on Wednesday, Mutuma said the dry spell is not giving him any pressure.

Rather he is comfortable that he, at least, found the back of the net in those eight games.

“I am happy with that one goal,” said Mutuma.

“We’re doing well and I am happy with our position (on log standings), we’re happy as a team.

“It’s not always about one person scoring goals but it is about what the team produces at the end. The team’s performance matters.

“We’ve 14 points in 8 games and we’re in the top four, my biggest worry right now is to help the team maintain that position and come up with brilliant results by season end.

“This is not a personal matter (scoring goals) everything we are doing is for the team, therefore it’s not about Mutuma having goals or not,” he said.

Mutuma was partnering Prince Dube in Bosso’s attack.

He was deployed in the midfield in second half when Ralph Matema came in for Allen Gahadzikwa.
