NAPSTER JOINS CAPITALK FM

FORMER Star FM programming manager Napoleon Nyanhi has been appointed Capitalk 100.4 station manager.
Capitalk FM confirmed the development in a statement:
“HARARE – NOVEMBER 21, 2016 – Capitalk, which was recently awarded a metropolitan radio licence for Greater Harare, is pleased to announce its recent recruitment of Napoleon Nyanhi as its Station Manager with immediate effect.
Prior to his appointment, Napoleon was the Programming Manager for one of the leading stations, Star FM and is expected to steer Capitalk to greater heights.
Nyanhi, who is popularly known as Napster, the Radio Master; started radio broadcasting at the inception of Star FM in 2012 where he was a Producer/Presenter.
He rose through the ranks to become the Programming Manager in September last year.
Napoleon Nyanhi, who holds a Marketing Degree from Africa University and has worked in television production before; said he was looking forward to the new experiences that would come with establishing Capitalk 100.4 FM.
“I believe I got the best training possible which will start me off as I embark on this new journey,” Nyanhi said.
His vision as he launches Capitalk FM is to serve audiences through the provision of hyper local content and programing that brings with it added value by looking at the world from multiple perspectives. His mandate is to give Harare its first premium talk radio station
