New presenter joins Star FM

The popular Star FM Breakfast Club has a new presenter.
The weekly daily show that broadcasts from 6-9am with Nikki and Ephraim â€œETâ€ Tagu now has an addition called aChibahlengwe also known as Mutape.
The new presenter, who started broadcasting with the Breakfast Club during yesterdayâ€™s session, is a 69-year-old retired headmaster.
H-Metro caught up with the presenter after his first session and he said radio is dream come true for him.
â€œRadio is something that I never expected will happen to me. I am very much a person that likes to talk a lot but I never saw radio coming.
â€œI am a retired headmaster and to me being on radio is the moment of my life right now.
â€œItâ€™s good joining a radio station like Star FM,â€ he said. Mutape also gave a brief background about himself.
â€œI have travelled a lot and I am a proud Ndau speaker.
â€œI spent eight years in the UK in the 80â€™s studying for a doctorate. â€œI think after radio I want to take on chieftaincy after my brother,â€ he added.
Star FM General Manager, Comfort Mbofana said: â€œWe are excited to have a man of his caliber, experience and knowledge joining Star FM.â€
