21 December 2016
MUSIC lovers in Kadoma and its environs are in for a rare treat this Christmas when top entertainers Jah Prayzah and Winky D headline a 36-hour music concert at Odyssey Hotel.
The non-stop music extravaganza, which is being powered by 2 Kings Entertainment, runs for two days, December 24 and 25.
Jah Prayzah begins the party around 2pm on the first day with a performance expected to last two hours.
The towering entertainer passes the button to Winky D who will take charge of music lovers through the night supported by other local acts.
Some of the musicians to perform include Douglas Chimbetu, Tendai Dembo and Garry B and Templeman.
The event is pegged at $5 while children will enter for free.
“We have organised another special for Kadoma, 36 hours of non-stop music,” said Dee Nosh of 2 Kings Entertainment.
“We have Jah Prayzah and Winky D for two days, December 24 and 25 where we are saying fans only pay $5 for these days while the kids enter for free.
“JP will begin the party and besides the two, we also have a number of other acts to make the jamboree worth attending,’ he said.
The event will be one of its kind in this mining town.
“We want people to enjoy the holiday in style. It’s for the first time in Kadoma I believe,” said Nosh.
