Romeo and Juliets gig on cards
13 February 2018
SUNGURA musician Romeo Gasa will this Thursday hold a belated Valentine’s bash at Time & Jazz Café as a cure to those who would have been disappointed by their lovers.
Simply dubbed “Romeo & Juliets”, the performance starts at 7pm where Extra Valembe boss has promised a show of a lifetime.
In an interview, the 30-year-old said he decided to come up with the bash to cater for both the lucky and unlucky in love.
“Since it’s a month of love, I took reference from the Romeo and Juliet which talks about two people who were so much in love and they were willing to die for each other.
“I do expect people to wear red as the colour resembles love but it has to be smart casual or even formal to those who can afford to do so.
“Free drinks will be given to ladies on arrival, especially Champagne at the doorway,” said Gasa
“I urge people to show up in numbers and enjoy the show since I am promising fireworks to his fans.
“I do expect people to come prepared to have funny together at Time & Jazz Café.”
Similar sentiments were echoed by joint proprietor Josh Hozheri who promised fans a show to remember.
“As show hosts, we are more than prepared for the show where we have something special for our fans.
“With the show taking place a day after Valentine’s Day, we hope to give the Romeos and Juliets of this world time to party with their peers.
“As for those to be disappointed on Wednesday (Valentine’s Day), I urge them to come and forget their sorrows as they enjoy listen to Romeo Gasa’s music,” said Josh Hozheri who also promised surprises on the night.
