Star FM hosts Easter Egg Hunt

LEADING radio station, Star FM, will this Saturday host its annual family show “Easter Egg Hunt” at Alexandra Sports Club in the capital.
An egg hunt is a game during which Easter eggs are hidden for children to find.
Speaking to H-Metro, the station manager Comfort Mbofana said the event will set the mood for Easter which is around the corner.
“We are thrilled to be again hosting our Easter Egg Hunt at Alex Sports Club and we expect it will be exciting and great fun for the whole family.
“We are also excited to get people in the holiday mood as Easter holidays are almost here,” he said.
Mbofana also implored the public to be cautious on the roads, as the holiday approaches.
Zimpapers corporate affairs and public relations manager Beatrice Tonhodzayi said the hunt is an opportunity for kids to have fun while their parents exchange notes.
“As Zimpapers we are excited that the Annual Easter Egg hunt is here.
“It’s a time for us to mix and mingle with the family unit and the hunt is also an opportunity for children to have good and clean fun while their parents network.
“It is always a good thing to have families enjoying and having fun together and we call on as many parents as possible to bring the children to the hunt.
“We are looking forward to a good event that promotes togetherness and love,” she said.
There will be live music performances from artistes, jumping castles for children and the station will be broadcasting live from the venue.
The event is billed to start at 9 am till 6 pm and tickets are pegged at $4 for kids and free entry for adults escorting children.
