WADI’S FUTURE UNCERTAIN
12 February 2018
ISHMAEL Wadi’s future remains uncertain amid indications FC Platinum now want to sell him instead of loaning him out.
CAPS United, Triangle and Bulawayo City are the clubs that were initially after the striker.
It is understood that when other clubs made bids as well, FC Platinum decided to put a price tag on the player.
The player, who was keen on a move to CAPS United, could now end up going to the club with the best bid.
“We are still working on the issue. There is nothing certain as yet but what is clear is that the player should be allowed to go where he wants to go since he is not in FC Platinum’s plans,” said the player’s manager George Deda.
FC Platinum had already issued a statement that the player would go on loan.
CAPS United chief executive Cuthbert Chitima said: “There are no new developments as yet.”
