CAPS United midfielder John Zhuwawu says he is happy to have scored his sixth goal of the season.
Zhuwawu cancelled Delic Murimba’s goal as CAPS United forced a draw against Hwange at National Sports Stadium.
“I am happy to score my sixth goal this season. I know I can’t be talking about the golden boot but you never know what happens in the future.
“We did all we could to win but I am happy with the point gained as it is something. We couldn’t afford to lose,” he said.
Zhuwawu was also voted player of the month by CAPS United fans.
“It is overwhelming to know that the fans are appreciating my effort, I feel appreciated and I just want to thank them for that.
“I hope that they will be more to come. About my future, I can’t say more right now because I am still with my current team and still have an existing contract.
“I’m still learning and trying to be better each game as it comes. I hope to be in the hall of fame of sport,” he said.
