CAPS United skipper, Hardlife Zvirekwi who got his hand amputated in March this year says he is not ready to play despite making progress in recovery.
The player has not featured in any single match this season but believes he will play before the end of the season.
“I am still recovering and I am going under some medical treatments and examinations. The medical practitioners who are examining me are saying that I am not physically fit.
“Of course I am getting better each and every day but the issue is on tactical and physical fitness for me play. I am hoping and praying so that I can be fully fit before the end of this season.”
The player is happy with his team`s performance.
“We started on a poor note but now the guys are fighting, I am aware how competitive is this year`s league. The team is doing well, I am happy with the improvement and performance, I hope they will keep pushing until the end of the season,” he said.
